Our Podiatry team can provide you with a unique treatment plan to solve your issues and
prevent future complications. At Eltham Foot Clinic, our podiatrists are gentle and enjoy listening to the concerns you
might be having with your nails, corns and callus. We are fully equipped to manage all of your foot concerns. We Bulk Bill all individual eligible and are also NDIS Registered.
Podiatry is at the forefront of managing foot health conditions. Currently, 5 million deaths are caused by diabetes related deaths globally, that rate is higher 5 times higher than HIV/AIDs and 10 times higher than malaria. The International Diabetes Federation urges all people who are not able to adequately care for their feet to seek podiatry assistance before complications occur. Our podiatrists perform a full neurological, dermatological, orthopaedic and vascular assessment on all diabetic patients, and write a report to your doctor to keep them informed of your foot health.
It is important to seek general treatment for your toe nails, ingrown toenails, corns/callus and cracked heels particularly if you have:
Rheumatoid or other inflammatory autoimmune diseases
Thyroid disease
Chemotherapy or other therapies affecting your immune system
Loss of sensation in your feet caused by diabetes, chemotherapy, back problems or any other condition which may affect nerve function and sensation.
Cellulitis infections or recurrent infections
Poor flexibility to manage feet
Hip replacement surgery
Many people visit their podiatrist to manage their nails, ingrown toenails, corns/callus and cracked heels on a regular basis between every 2-3 months. The cost of this can be as little as visiting your beauty nail salon. At Eltham Foot Clinic our Podiatry team only uses packaged sterilised instruments with accredited practices assuring you that all equipment is clean.

Our General Podiatry Treatment is gentle, so put your feet in your hands so we can make
you pain free.
